ABOUT OUR PROGRAM:

Successful companies and leaders take proactive steps to create workplaces which foster inclusive and “Upstander” cultures – especially in this #MeToo era. The EEOC has emphasized that employers must do more than train on preventing harassment and discrimination. They recommend training employees on how to become "Upstanders" and the role they play in creating inclusive environments filled with civility and respect. As an employment law advisor, training instructor and industry thought leader, Katherin Nukk-Freeman, Esq., Co-Founder and President of SHIFT HR Compliance Training, LLC is a frequent presenter on this topic to create inclusive cultures. Katherin Nukk-Freeman

She is a passionate advocate for building better workplaces, and she has dedicated her career to working with clients to proactively address and effectively manage workplace issues.
