SHRM NJ is a state level affiliate of the Society for Human Resources Management. It acts as a liaison between SHRM and its 11 chapters in New Jersey, ensuring that they have the information and resources necessary to carry out our Mission to cultivate HR excellence and shape the future of business in NJ by uniting local and national HR professionals. In addition, SHRM NJ implements its own leadership initiatives such as the annual NJ SHRM conference held in the Fall each year, and establishing partnerships with business-oriented organizations in the state such as the NJ Chamber of Commerce and NJBiz publications.
